   Return Period: You have 7 days from the date you received the product to request a return.
   Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging and tags. Some products, such as custom made and personal care items, may not be accepted for return. Please see the specific terms below.

2. Refund Policy
   Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item, depending on your payment method. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method.
   Shipping Costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for returns due to our error (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Exchange Policy
   If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., change the size or color), please return the original product following the return process and specify the item you wish to exchange in your return request. We will re-ship the item to you after processing the return.
4. Return Procedure
   Contact our customer service team to request a return.
   After receiving the return authorization, package the product and return it with the original packaging and labels.
   Record your return tracking number in case you need to inquire.
   Make sure the product arrives safely at our warehouse during transportation.
